Outfit Life Skills provides training courses to complement company-based change and project initiatives and to develop “soft skills” required within the workplace.

1. Company-based Change and Project Training

This involves the design and implementation of specific training programs that meet the new knowledge, skill and awareness requirements associated with change and project initiatives. Tasks include the:

  • performance of training need analysis (TNA),
  • review of KSAs (job evaluation),
  • identification of competencies and desired behaviours,
  • clarification of training objectives,
  • development of training plans, and
  • implementation of training programs and systems.

The focus is on providing tailored and interactive training that is relevant to the participants and aligns to the specific objectives of the associated change or project initiative.

2. Soft Skills Development

This involves the design and implementation of tailored, consultative sessions focussed on industry and organisational needs and delivering effective skills and techniques to be used within the business.

Examples of typical sessions include:

  2. Communicate Effectively and Review your Performance
  3. Realise your Opportunities and Beat out Stress
  4. Manage Change and Realise your Opportunities
  5. Review your Performance and Communicate Effectively
  6. Beat out Stress and Reach your Goals

These sessions are relevant to both home and work lives and are designed to provide participants with practical and effective tools and techniques.
