Simone Martin

Simone is a Management Consultant and Trainer based in Perth, Western Australia.

Simone consolidated her career as a secondary school teacher in Western Australia before broadening her teaching experience in the UK. After two years relief teaching in London schools, she returned to Perth to join a consulting company and to further develop her training skills.

Simone has coordinated training projects for major companies in the private sector, and as part of delivering Project Office services has consulted to a range of WA organisations in the areas of: adult vocational training, Heath, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC), contractor management, policy review / development and business process redesign.

Training Development and Delivery

Recently, Simone has been specialising in the development and management of tailored corporate induction and training packages and programs.

Training sessions (particularly in Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC), Effective Auditing, Effective Communication and Business Process Redesign areas) have been tailored and delivered to meet the needs of the specific organisation.

Simone has a positive, professional and engaging training style.

• Bachelor of Arts (UWA);
• Diploma of Education (UWA); and
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
