This project is focused on the integration of a new IT system along with the introduction of revised, modified and new policies and procedures pertaining to the safe system of work. The training program requires close liaison with the project team, HSE management team, software developers and IT support team and is currently being rolled out to all 3000 operational personnel. Key achievements have included the clarification of user groups, the identification of key competencies and the development of eight training modules complete with assessment tools, activity outlines, personal workbooks, quick reference guides, PowerPoint presentations and facilitator session planning guides. Outfit is also providing the principal training delivery of the program.

Corporate HSEC Training Review (March 2008 – August 2008)

The objective of this project was to ensure that the corporate HSEC training program was aligned to business goals and initiatives and to link the training opportunities to job-based, behavioural outcomes. The review allowed the client to communicate training expectations and requirements to training providers through standard course templates and guidelines, to establish a process to assess the effectiveness of training courses and delivery, and to repackage the existing training courses in line with modern training and learning and development practices.
